| TRADE | We are wholesale distributors of all the products shown on this website. To qualify for wholesale pricing businesses must be a craft retailer with a paper craft component to your business. |
| PAYMENT | All orders must be prepaid BEFORE dispatch we accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, direct deposit, internet banking and cheques. |
| ORDERS |
Fax orders anytime 03 1234-5678. Internet anytime. Pickups between 9.00 to 3.00pm Friday, ring for details.NO MINIMUM DOLLAR VALUE ORDERS Minimum quantities as indicated on the website or price list must be ordered. Orders received under the minimum will be increased automatically. Cheque orders can be placed over the internet in the usual manner, ensure you select the cheque option of payment. | RESTOCKING | Shipments that are ordered, picked and packed and then subsequently cancelled in part or whole will incur a 15% restocking fee. |
| FREIGHT | Customers will be charged freight at time of shipment. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post or Australian Air Express. |
| RETURNS | We are happy to refund monies or exchange products that are defective, damaged or sub-standard. All other refunds or unpaid orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. |
